Your mission
- Lead the full end-to-end delivery cycle of iSapiens standard and custom solutions
- Ensure the correct handover from the presales phase to the work set-up phase
- Manage sourcing of expertise to the project by selecting internal and scouting external resources
- Act as the go-to person for our clients during all phases of the project
- Guide clients in evaluating solution feasibility and scalability within their contextual constraints
- Manage expectations of multiple project stakeholders
- Anticipate and identify ill-defined problems/issues and propose ways for clarifying them
- Set and negotiate project priorities
- Plan and coordinate project resources and project flows by means of project management tools
- Document, share & de-risk each step of the project pipeline
- When necessary, make high level escalation management
- Outline project efficiency KPIs and assure that the value is created in each phase of the project
- Keep the positive mood up in the team and spur good vibes
- Take active part in collaborative initiatives across the company to contribute to continuous improvement

Desired profile
- Achiever, tenacious, growth mindset, diversity-driven, high confidence and result-oriented
- Fluent in Italian/English with excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Management/Organizational/Educational/Communication Studies
- Experience in managerial roles or in consulting services
- Passion for workplace learning, talent development, and new technologies
- Knowledge of the Digital Learning competitive landscape preferred
